Neymar Jr. completes 100 games with the FC Barcelona
This Saturday (11), the duel against Atlético de Madrid will have a different flavor for Neymar Jr. This match at Vicente Calderón, in Madrid, marks the Brazilian player’s 100th match with FC Barcelona. Barça’s number 11 had a great road of achievements, games and goals with the team and he intends to keep evolving with his group.
Neymar Jr. dressed the catalan shirt for the first time on a friendly pre-season match against Lechia Gdansk-POL, in 2013, july 30. He debuted on the second half, but couldn’t score his first goal, on a game that ended on a draw for 2-2.
His first goal on the team would only come out in august 7th, in his third game, on another friendly, this time against Thailand. Getting on the field as a starting player, the athlete helped his partners to win for 7-1.
NJr and Barça built a remarkable road throughout those 100 games. Titles, the Treble, 14/15’s Champions League artillery and the marks with the ‘MSN Trident’ demonstrate the talent and the continuous synchrony between him and Barcelona.
