Brazil and Argentina makes classic match on South American Qualifiers

And the Brazilian crowd can go wild on the third round of South American qualifiers for the World Cup 2018. The classic, Brazil and Argentina, is about to happen. The two giants will meet on Thursday (12), at 22h (Brazilian time), at the Monumental Núñez Stadium, in Buenos Aires.

Neymar Jr. and the other players of the Brazilian team presented themselves last Monday (09), in São Paulo. Athletes will be concentrated at the Marriott Hotel Guarulhos until Wednesday (11). Coach Dunga held its first practice on Monday (10) and continues to prepare for the next challenge of the team.

This classic against Argentina will also mark the return of Neymar Jr. to the Brazilian national team. The team captain has not participated in previous World Cup qualifiers because he was suspended, but now he returns to wear the armband, in one of the best phases of his career.

Brazil’s number 10 has played eight times against the Argentine team. In previous matches, there were three wins, one draw and four defeats. The player has scored twice against the Argentines and made three assists.
