Barcelona and Malaga clash in La Liga’s 31st round
Barcelona is still alive in the fight por the Spanish Championship title and, for that, the players will have an outside home challenge for the next round. Neymar Jr. and his teammates will face Malaga, this Saturday (8), at 15h45 (Brazilian time), at La Rosaleda stadium.
Luis Enrique’s team played very well and defeated Sevilla by 3-0 in the last round. Barça won La Liga’s momentary leadership, but Real Madrid ended up defeating Leganés by 4-2 and returned to the top. The Catalan team just needs one point ahead of the merengues to jump to the first place and cannot lose any other game to get to the next ‘El Clásico’, in April 23, with a golden opportunity.
Malaga is one of the three teams that Neymar Jr. has never scored with Barça (The others are Valencia and Osasuña). He played five games: Two victories, two draws and one defeat. At La Rosaleda stadium, the number 11 is undefeated and, for the title, he will do everything he can to enter the pitch and maintain things like that.
