With Daniel Alves' goal, PSG beats Nantes 3-0 and go to the final of the French Cup
Paris Saint Germain beats Nantes 2-0 on Wednesday at the Parc des Princes in Paris and will play again in the final of the French Cup. The decision against Rennes was set for April 27 at the Stade de France.
Marco Verratti opened the scoring in the semifinal in the 30th minute of the first half. Already in the second stage, the PSG had the chance to extend in a penalty shootout of Mbappé. The shot made it hard for goalkeeper Tatarusanu. The bid was marked with the help of the video referee.
The French forward still had one more chance of a penalty and this time he converted. Already in the final minutes Daniel Alves received the ball inside the area, dominated in the chest and touched with category over the goalkeeper to give final numbers to the match: 3 to 0 PSG and vacant confirmed in the final.
PSG made an irreplaceable campaign in the French Cup this year. There were five wins in five games and no goals conceded.
The opponent in the decision will be Rennes, who on Tuesday (2) beat Lyon 3-2.
