Paris Saint Germains will be Barcelona’s adversary in Champions League’s last 16
Building the road that the FC Barcelona will walk in 2017, in the Champions League, the draw that reveals what will be the tourney’s duels in the final 16 took place in Nyon, Switzerland, this Monday (12). Meeting an old adversary, the Catalan team will face Paris Saint Germain.
The 12 classified teams in the group phase were divided in two glass bowls where the ones that classified in first place stayed in one side and the ones that ended up in second place in the other. The clubs were previously in the same group or teams from the same country couldn’t face each other and that’s how Ruud Gullit took PSG and Barcelona out of the draw.
Neymar Jr. and his teammates will travel to France to face PSG in February 14, on a Tuesday. As for the second games, in March seven, all of the teams that got classified in first place will be able to play in their homes, so the decisive battle will be at the Camp Nou.
