Neymar Jr. is the new advertising face for McDonald’s World Cup campaign
Paris Saint-Germain and National Brazilian player number 10 was confirmed by McDonald's Brazil as the brand's new advertising boy for the 2018 Russian World Cup. Last Thursday, December 7, Neymar Jr. made the first shooting session for the campaign and also had his son David Lucca with him, to star in the process.
Official sponsor of the Russian World Cup, McDonald's announced the star Neymar Jr. as its ambassador for the brand's actions related to the event. The player, who is a fan of the sandwich company, will perform a series of unique campaigns to provide even more unique and special experiences to the company's millions of customers.
"Neymar Jr. and McDonald's share values related to success, victories, leadership, joy, and boldness. So it's only natural that we join forces to celebrate Brazil's participation in another World Cup," said the company's Vice President of Marketing, Roberto Gnypek. "He also mentioned the fact that he is a consumer of the brand and have total synergy with what we are going to develop for the world. There is something very good out there! ", Gnypek added.
