Neymar Jr. is one of the nominees for Champions League’s Best Player of the Week
With a high performance inside the pitch and a beautiful free-kick goal, Neymar Jr. is disputing to become Champions League’s Best Player of the Week. The PSG’s number 10 made a great game in the 4-0 victory against Anderlecht and runs for the prize with another seven candidates.
Neymar Jr. is competing against Mohamed Salah (Liverpool), Cenk Tosun (Besiktas), Quincy Promes (Spartak Moskva), Marcus Rashford (Manchester United), Eden Hazard (Chelsea), Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid) and his ex-teammate Lionel Messi (Barcelona).
The player has competed for the prize before, on Champions League’s second round. On that week, Neymar Jr. made an incredible game in PSG’s 3-0 victory against Bayen Munich. In the end, he stood behind Cristiano Ronaldo.
