FC Barcelona faces Celta de Vigo in another outside home match
Neymar Jr. and his teammates prepare for another match outside home. The Catalan team will face Celta de Vigo, at Balaídos, this Sunday (2), by 15h45 (Brazilian time), on the seventh round of the Spanish Championship.
The team has just returned from Germany, where they defeated Borussia Mönchengladbach by 2-1, on the Champions League’s second round. Now Luis Enrique has to train his players to get out of the second place in the championship and gain the lead from Real Madrid. Barcelona has 13 points, while the merengues hold the lead with 14 and Atletico Madrid is in third, with 12.
With three goals in four games in this La Liga, Neymar Jr. enters the pitch for his sixth match against Celta de Vigo. In three victories and two defeats, the player scored four goals and made one assistance. This will also be his third time playing at the city of Vigo.
It’s worth remembering that the number 11 needs two goals to get to 300 and, in case he shakes the net once in this game, he will make a tie with Ricardo Oliveira (59), as the 11º biggest Brazilian top scorer in the history of the Spanish Championship.
